Delhi Pollution: Air Quality Improves Slightly From 'Very Poor' To 'Poor' Category

Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) improved slightly from ‘very poor’ on Tuesday to ‘poor’ category on Wednesday morning, as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). The air quality at Anand Vihar, IGI airport, ITO and Narela areas witnessed a positive change and ranged from 252 to 291 on Wednesday.Delhi has been experiencing air quality in the range of ‘severe’ to ‘very poor’ over the last few weeks.
br/>Light rains lashed several parts of Delhi-NCR on Sunday, bringing respite to citizens breathing high levels of air pollution.Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted no rainfall in the national capital till December 11. The met department stated there will be clear skies with shallow to moderate fog in the morning across the city.
